Focus Home Interactive has released a second playable single-player demo for Loki, Cyanide Studio’s hack ‘n slash RPG for PC. In the first demo you played as the Norse Warrior, a brutal character who goes through the game using massive swords and powerful assaults to defeat enemies. Now it’s time for magic and potent spells with the Egyptian Sorcerer! In this 1.22 GB demo, you will play as the Egyptian Sorcerer, one of the four characters available in the full game. As the powerful sorcerer you can invoke a vast array of fire-based spells that are particularly suited to fighting enemies at a distance. He is also a master of darkness-based spells which can annihilate enemies or inflict curses on them. You will start this demo with a Level 12 character and can develop along the numerous battles that await you. This allows you to get familiar with the numerous skills and powers available to the Egyptian Sorcerer.

CDV has released an updated demo for Tarr Chronicles, allowing you to try out the English version of this space sim developed by Kvazar Studio. Thisnew demo features several missions from the game’s campaign, and will challenge the dogfighting skills of the most talented space-fighter pilots. You can also check out the game’s customization options by jumping into the hanger and changing out various ship parts including hulls, energy weapons, rockets shields and much more. Tarr Chronicles is scheduled to ship to stores on September 24th, priced 29.99 euros / $29.99.

cdv Software Entertainment USA has released a new trailer for Escape From Paradise City, the sequel to Gangland released in 2004. In Escape from Paradise City, the player takes on the role of a young ambitious gangster with the single goal of becoming the most successful and influential criminal in the entire city. Player can move through the city, robbing, intimidating and killing all that stand in his way, gaining notoriety and cool cash. As the player becomes more and more notorious, his influence grows and other criminals flock to him and become the core of this gang, his own criminal organization. Developed by Sirius Games and previously known as Paradise City, Escape from Paradise City (PC) will be released on October 19th.
