Cheat mode
At the “Code Entry” menu in Career mode, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Most codes can only be used once. Therefore it is recommended that the auto-save option be disabled before using the codes in the event you wish to revert the game to its original state.

The Call.Of.Duty.4.PLUS.4.TRAiNER-iNVDOX is having some weird issues.
First of all they have the same problems we encountered when creating
this trainer. When you are standing on a grenade or when you are
standing next to an exploding car some indicators are shown.
The indicators are warning you. When you have infinite Health
from the iNVDOX trainer enabled and you are standing on an exploding
grenade some nasty grenade icon is being shown below the crosshair
and won’t leave the screen. This is one issue we fixed. Besides that
the Save and Restore options are working terrible. We don’t know
what you guys did. But it should be enough to press the buttons ONCE.

Run the trainer, then run the game.
While in game, use the following hotkey:
SHIFT+F1 = FREE SHOP (If enabled while shopping for guns,armor etc.)
The same cheat gives unlimited ammo while in game on a mission.
But remember to turn off before reloading.
Push the hotkey again to turn off.
